Currently, the suicidal rate is rising most rapidly in adolscence. In this article, we review the research for causes and therapeutic intervention of adolescent suicide. The risk factors include psychiatric disorders-such as affective, conduct,
and
subatance abuse disorders, developmental and personality types, familial and environmental factors, and biologic factors. It is important for us to prevent suicide that is extensive efforts for early identification and intervention. And it is
also
needed changes in value system, the attitude of repoters, and the way of bringing up children for prevention it.
